In the quote I received the insurance cost and requirement were not disclosed until I was onsite and received the billing information. Service and staff friendliness was top notch and I would have given a 10 if not surprised by the insurance cost. $16 monthly might not be the biggest amount but it represents a significant percentage of the monthly bill.

Easy to rent but would also like it if I could cancel online too. And if there was a system where I could pick the unit that are available instead of the system picking for me.
