Facility is not maintained well. Dirty and fire monitoring system is consistently out of order with alarm signaling. Seems like people may be using it for temporary residence.

I moved and was charged a whole month afterwards. I forgot my lock, and just because pf that I was charged as if I had rented another month. Unfair and you charge more to old customers than to new

Very nice people work there.Helps me with anything I need.Didnt know how to use elevators,lady at front desk guided me through.

People was still living in the storages but it’s mostly on Sundays I should say. But overall good servuce

It’s pretty secure, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I could sleep well knowing my belongings are safely stored here. I just wish it was 24 hrs for the price I pay.

Fairly easy access. Carts sometimes in damaged condition (trip hazard)

Any concerns I had over the past 60 months were responded to immediately.

You evicted me for meditating (not sleeping), for painting on the sand on the back side of the building, for drying my painted clothes on the PUBLIC sidewalk and easement, and for being "drunk." I go from the library to the storage unit and THEN get some grub and adult beverages. Nicole is too stooped to be there. her partner is even worse. when I tried to retrieve my stuff, her apparent husband tried to assault and battery me. Since I will be 76 on April, that wouldwould constitute a felony. Never again!

The facility is clean and I feel safe being there alone. The security measures of having to put in the code everywhere is a nice safety feature
