Horrible. Racist staff. Nicki was overheard telling customers that next time she could give them money when they asked and the she has given a lock to a former customer who was going off to college to shop them. Staff should’ve fired Racism. No customer service. A cancer to your company.

The staff is awesome and the facility is always clean. You can't ask for anything more.

Absolutely atrocious manager and staff. Racist. Rude. Unprofessional. Ungrateful. Nikki and her team are a deficit to the company. Made untrue accusations with no foundation. Limited my access hours. I should receive a refund since I only had a fraction of my time I paid

Manager Hassan failed to return calls after repeated attempts.

The facility and manager is great. However, my only negative experience was with unloading from the moving truck - there isn't a designated loading zone and the parking area is too small for a moving truck so had to park on the street.

Very neat and clean
