The manager was very rude to me me amd mad fun of me for being old, slow and stupid. She was unbelievably rude to me even in front of other people. I will never go back there if sh is there

Unfortunately the increase of the rent it’s outrageous

Prices go up too often.

The unit was always filled with homeless people and was abusing the storage services.I also left my key with the office when I left to close it as I moved out of state. The unit was empty but locked in case I came back and needed it available. They had to cut the lock. A friend went to pick up my 30 dollar lock and they had to cut it. It's irresponsible to lose my key that was left with management.

The interaction with the storage team has been very fast and professional, polite and informative. I was given a few choices and finally got the storage room I have been looking for. Thank you
