I was selling my home in New York and booked a unit online before my closing. When I finally got to my new location I realized the unit I ordered was not large enough for my belongings. Nicole and Angie were extremely helpful and kind. They were able to get me the same discounted rate that I had booked originally and I am so grateful to them for that. These employees recognized my frustration after a long day of moving and were able to fix my problem with a friendly demeanor that made my stressful day much better. Thanks again to Nicole and Angie!

I do like cubesmart, this was my second time using this storage, however cost of this storage has gone up and the service dropped in quality.

There were multiple people living on the 6th floor, I felt unsafe leaving my things here. There was always someone there at all times. And further, two people living in their units both had a dog. I don't know how this is allowed... and the dog "went to the bathroom" all over the floor. it was gross. I ended up not using this unit and did not keep any stuff here.

The manager was very rude to me me amd mad fun of me for being old, slow and stupid. She was unbelievably rude to me even in front of other people. I will never go back there if sh is there
