The manager is allowing certain people to live in the storages. U happened to complain to the customer service tip line and I was inside my storage in the day time organizing she lifted it up yelled at me that she lived there and that me complaining to customer service about a strange man who lived there following me to sell me stolen watches, was going to get her fired and kicked out. She knew the man was living there. She had no compassion for my fear of him just because she liked him. I was concerned for my safety and the manager (older lady) was concerned about her homelessness
