The rate jumped up too much. It was convenient location

I went on the computer and signed up and it was very easy to do. Also, the price was right.

I paid for a new storage space # 2039 on , 06/25/26 and when I attempted to move my belongings in on Sunday 06/28/26 -the 2nd floor unit was not possible to move into as this facility only has 2 elevators in the facility and both were out order. I had to wait until the following day on Monday to move into a 1st floor unit #1008.

Too expensive & no lighting. Lights are on sensors and if you're not exactly in the sweet spot and constantly moving, you're in the pitch dark. Come on....how much to have LED lighting ???

The facility was brand new and very clean. The manager was very friendly and easy to work with.
