The service is wonderful and the facility is clean and safe no bugs no homeless people hanging around the lady at the desk was super helpful I wasn’t sure what size unit I needed and she helped me get the right size at the best price

We had requested a 8 x 10 storage unit for our 2 jet skis on a tandem trailer. We were moving to the area but had not closed on our new house yet. When we discovered that our trailer was just a couple of inches wider than the garage door, the manager Ann worked hard to find us an alternate spot at another Cube Smart just up the road. Ann coordinated with Princess at the other store. She actually went out with a tape measure and measured the door opening to ensure our trailer would fit before we made the trip. Both of them were so professional and went above and beyond to work on finding us a storage space that truly worked for our unique need. It is rare today to find people who work so hard to ensure their customers are taken care of. I would 100% recommend Cube Smart to anyone looking for storage space.
