Great service

When I first got the unit the managers children where playing with the gates riding bikes and yelling also the female manager I speak of was cussing while sweeping and yelling at her kids plus the reason I left was she said to me I come and go a lot some would think I was drug dealing! I went Everytime with my autistic child. what a gross insult. Total trash person.

The property is infested with rodents. I had to throw away most of my stuff. There was rat nests in everything, chewed through all of my belongings. This happened on three different occasions, we could never get rid of them management told us, put down glue traps which the rats carried away. The second day of cleaning out, the manager showed up to my room and said we need proof so I showed her and said, I threw away most of it already The day before. So no claim could be made.

The facility was clean and well maintained. Billing was an easy process. The cost consistently increased without an ability to 'lock in' for a longer period of time.

Because right when I payed my first payment on my storage space .I received a rent increase which .I think I should not have gotten a increase for at least a yearSo that forced me to get rid of my furniture

You increase rates too often and the increase is much higher than the Cost of Living increase.

would have stayed but you raised the price 20% to $105 per month. Moved to the same sized AC unit right down the street and closer to me for $68 per month
