Rates kept increasing, even though I was paying 3to 6 months in advance

Customer service by the employee was great. He helped us every way he could.

I was a Cube Smart Customer for several continuous years.I had also complained about a shortage of carts at my locker area. One time I had to go to another building to get a cart and drag it over to my vehicle to unload.... When you raised my rent up to $195.00 for a 5X10 locker was the last straw.

I had no issues with having this unit here.

Front office people were always cordial and helpful. The storage unit door was not in good working order.

To many rental changes.I have been renting my unit for over 18 years way before CubeSmart had taken over.Cube Smart did not take in consideration of the years that I have been renting only to raise my rental constantly
