I had no issues with having this unit here.

Front office people were always cordial and helpful. The storage unit door was not in good working order.

To many rental changes.I have been renting my unit for over 18 years way before CubeSmart had taken over.Cube Smart did not take in consideration of the years that I have been renting only to raise my rental constantly

Cube smart has always had the unit size that I need and very courteous team members

Raise my rate in like 2 monthsToo expensive.

I have been very happy with the Cubesmart services, but I'm not happy about the $50 increase to my monthly charges when it was known my daughter was out of the country and intended to store her belongings for 6 months. I know it was in the contract, but it seemed like a very shady practice and I'm not sure I would trust Cubesmart for future use.

The price was raised two times in three years.

Excellent accomodation and service

A free month of rental is advertised, however, is not given to existing customers when they are signing up to rent a 2nd unit. I understand you trying to attract new customers, however, taking care of existing, long-time customers should also be a priority.

Employees were courteous and helpful. Location was a big factor.
