your pricing for long-term customer is disgraceful and managers are rude. I have been with you facility for an extended timeframe, never asked for any assistance or had any issues. When I started renting my cubbie hole "closet" it started out at $30.00+/- and when I got the last price increase and it was $70+ that was the last straw. We took our stuff out of your facility, gave much of our belonging away due to space constraints in our home. I will not recommend your company in fact I have discussed this with many of our friends who have also closed their accounts with you and move d to a new storage company and to be truthful, I recommended many of our neighbores to you previousl.

They were profesional, friendly, explained everything cleary. No hidden fees, the facility was always clean, on site management was seen tending to people and grounds everytime i was there akways friendly and offered assistance if needed...they deserve regognition for the outstanding job they do and you should know whatvan asset theyvare to your business..10 out of ten from me

it's an older facility. No restrooms where storage units are and the outside restrooms on the main building gets locked during off hours due to issues they've had in the past.
