Unit was old but functional...rat droppings there over time...started looking for better and closer storage a few months ago on your last price increase in 6/24 to $77.50/mth for a non A/C unit...Our original price started at $24.75 in 3/21 and in 4/24 increased to $77.50...that' s a compound annual growth rate of 44%....Ridiculous... You guys got greedy especially now that there are many new storage places available with A/C that are easily 3X better than your facility with better pricing as well....Learned my lesson with you; won't be back.
