Good clean units

Awesome staff.

Very overpriced, there is no benefit paying more than double here. I had a storage unit here for 4 yrs but was told every yr it would go up and had to say I’d leave if that was the case because I was already paying too much.

Good people working at the store location who are helpful and responsive. The location is well kept and secure.

Customer service is awesome I was in and out in minutes. Location is great and the app access at the gate is unbeatable. Never have to roll down the window everything at the push of a bitton

I would have given a 10/10 except...when I went to upgrade to a larger locker, I was told the larger locker would cost less than what I was paying for the smaller locker! Not good. If prices have gone down, I expect to be charged the lower cost, not find out by accident. Clearly you don't care about my business as much as you say.
