Rose was great, friendly and professional. Rose & Tammy upgraded my unit at no extra cost to me as I was concerned about some ceiling tiles appearing damaged.

Rental rates are totally unjustifiable.Penalize long term cistomers while giving mich better rates to mew customers.Rentrd a 50 perce t larger space with climate conteol for 40 percent less.

Poor quality unit. The overhead light did not work for 3 years despite my telling the management of the facility ever time I visited. Outragious cost increases every year finally broke my back. I now have an identical unit in a brand new facility at a quarter the cost which makes Cubsmart look pathetic.
