I would have given a 10/10 except...when I went to upgrade to a larger locker, I was told the larger locker would cost less than what I was paying for the smaller locker! Not good. If prices have gone down, I expect to be charged the lower cost, not find out by accident. Clearly you don't care about my business as much as you say.

The increases in the lease.

Very friendly and knowledgeable agent. Easy sign up process. Storage space appears to be in good condition.
