I thought that Ron who is the manager of your office on Gladiolus in Ft Myers was just wonderful. He was very attentive, he had terrific follow through, he was calm, thorough and it was an enormous pleasure to work with him. I was very impressed with his manner, his quiet understanding and his calm.
