Because your company is greedy. I'm a survivor of Ian and got one of the last available units right after the storm. Prices went up every 6 months and when I emptied the unit they wouldn't even prorate the last month I had it. And when I asked to speak to the district manager Alicia, she didn't even have the professionalism or the common courtesy to return my call. So your company is just greedy

I thought that Ron who is the manager of your office on Gladiolus in Ft Myers was just wonderful. He was very attentive, he had terrific follow through, he was calm, thorough and it was an enormous pleasure to work with him. I was very impressed with his manner, his quiet understanding and his calm.
