Clean units , well maintained property easy access

I rented a smaller space for about two months and then had to upgrade to an 8x10 for almost a year. I took the advice of locking in my quoted price and paid for the year up front (preventing monthly upcharges/price changes). I chose an interior unit with air conditioning. Nearly a year later, I picked up my items still in excellent condition. I also received a two month refund for early lease termination.Every staff member I encountered, at various times, were very professional and helpful at this location.

Seasons and Juilia were very professional and efficient in all of the transactions that I had to do for the account. They were also engaging and explained each step.

The units and overall property are well kept, neat and clean. The billing and payment process each month is quick and easy. The young lady working at the Metro Pkwy facility is so sweet and demonstrates a genuine desire to be as helpful as possible. I wouldn't think twice about using that CubeSmart facility again, specifically because of her!

The manager always goes above and beyond to give excellent service.
