When I was at a different CUBESMART location, I had an excellent experience. The one on Metro Pkwy, not so much. They denied entry if you are just a few days late, they hound you to pay your bill. I know I need to pay, but there seems to be no such thing as a grace period with this location. Tooo strict, especially in this economy!!! Not to mention not willing to meet on-line offers once you’re in there. My unit was $71/month. On-line it was $25. Does that seem fair?

Very clean, the staff is easy to work with. And I’m not leaving. I just transferred a small unit into a larger unit.

Everything is great!

The employees were very professional, very kind. The facility was very clean and very secure. Even the patrons seem to be upscale.. I received email and text notices on the current balance of my unit monthly and it was a great price. If anybody is in South Fort Myers and needs a storage facility temporarily or long-term this is the place to go.
