Facility could have been designed for people who need to move things in and out. The curbs inside doors are very challenging to lift a loaded cart over.

This facility has always been clean, well maintained and in good repair. Units are very convenient to reach from vehicles.

Personnel friendly and helpful. Storage roadways clean and well marked. Storage space adequate, well lighted and air conditioned. I have no complaints of any kind.

clean facility - my unit did have a few dead cockroaches but yes they were dead - guess they have to go somewhere lol.

Price to high, a/c often not working and not enough carts to use to transport goods in the building.

When I was at a different CUBESMART location, I had an excellent experience. The one on Metro Pkwy, not so much. They denied entry if you are just a few days late, they hound you to pay your bill. I know I need to pay, but there seems to be no such thing as a grace period with this location. Tooo strict, especially in this economy!!! Not to mention not willing to meet on-line offers once you’re in there. My unit was $71/month. On-line it was $25. Does that seem fair?

Location is convenient and safe. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Very clean, the staff is easy to work with. And I’m not leaving. I just transferred a small unit into a larger unit.
