The process for securing a storage unit began with an online reservation (no cost). Within minutes I received a call from Justin at Cube Smart and reserved a date to "move in." Justin went over the whole procedure and discussed monthly rates. We were able to "move in" sooner than expected so went to the facility where Crystal, very efficiently and professionally, got the paperwork done and escorted us to our unit. I would definitely recommend CubeSmart. It is clean, very well kept, and the customer service is outstanding!
