Ease of service

Ivette (Staff) answered all my questions and provided excellent service. She and was also able to assist me with getting a 1st floor unit, which was great because I am handicapped and a senior! she went above and beyond to assist me so I will certainly recommend Cube Smart Self Storage to all friends, family and associates at my job!

Gate was open most days allowing free entry to all. Not very secure.

Communication was excellent from the very first day I inquired about space for my camper. Ivette was wonderful with calling back and most importantly, the day we were to arrive, our GPS took us off route and we were over 30 minutes late getting there. She waited for us and even called even though she had an obligation to go to another store. She was wonderful, explained everything to us and was very cordial. I recommend her for employee of the month!

Don't like the second floor. Elevator small. Very hard to get too

Maria at Fort Pierce gave me a super good service, I really appreciate what she did to help me out with my storage.
