The staff is wonderful, but the facility has problems. It is supposed to be a secure location but many times that we went there, the gate was open even when there is no staff on site. There is also a large pile of gravel in middle of the lot that makes it difficult to maneuver the trailer into position. The pile has been there the whole 2 and 1/2 years that we stored there, and I don't see that there is any use of it.
