The location was convenient and the personnel was friendly. I rented an inside building unit and the lock provided was tampered. A few items were stolen that had sentimental value although the entrance to the building had key pads. Management stated they only have cameras outside not in the hallways so they couldn’t help me find out who did it. They only suggested I file a police report and a claim. The information for the claim provided was also not updated so I had a delay finding out the correct information.

Venus made my experience amazing! She explained everything very well and customer service was phenomenal. Highly recommend this storage, I will use again of if I ever stop by at fort worth again.

for the many years i have rented here they just keep raising the rent and do it more often than yearly as it indicates in the lease. It has been hard to find someone there when there have been signs saying will be back at ...Hoping this will change with new folks now. took locks off of building doors so anyone can just walk in.

The only thing lacking in the highest score is the challenge to get anyone to speak with on the phone or return messages, and the fact that there are large chuncks of time during the day that no one is in the office.
