Pros: Convenient location. Clean storage facility. Temp controlled very well.Cons: Expensive, price almost doubled in 7 years.

I never had any problems with the people who work there they were very helpful.

Two weeks after I moved in thieves broke into my inside unit. Just my unit and dragged my safe out in the center isle and used a radiac saw to cut the top open and steal important files and other irreplaceable items. I was notified the following day. When asked there were no video's of any value to read the trucks plates or determine get a good look at the thieves. All video images were of such bad quality that nothing of value was helpful. This was a relatively new facility. I lost a lot of money from this experience. Additionally, the rent continued to go up and became unreasonable.

Staff was very helpful anytime I had questions or needed help with paying a bill or when I switched units. Never unpleasant to talk to and always had the answers needed. Thank you so much.

Sara and team are the best of the best.Public Storage was horrible.I’ve been with PS for over a decade and they treated us horribly. Moved to CubeSmart and it was awesome service and care.

overall I had a good experience with cubesmart. Only hiccup was a price increase that i wasn’t notified of and never got a response back on. Other than that the staff was always friendly, areas were cleaned and well maintained and it was easy to access
