Nice clean space great customer service

Very easy to sign up. Rental unit exactly as described.

The storage unit was fine, but there is only one cart for the whole annex. It was very inconvenient to carry the items from my vehicle to the storages. We rented a large unit because we had a lot of boxes, but not having the cart made it harder than it should have been.The customer service was good. The absence of the cart made the experience poor.

Easy to work with

Not enough carts. Only one for entire annex is not enough.

Awesome customer service and staff.

The staff was excellent and provided great service. I dropped a score because there were no available carts in the annex. I was told that one had been stolen and not replaced. The other was in use by another customer.
