Parking lot potholes, unit broken into, gate frequently not functional, lots of weeds in front of unit

Potholes, entry issues occasionally, initial issues when you pushed your insurance, hard to open door you never fixed

Absolutely terrible ran company. My RV was stolen from CubeSmart. None of their cameras at the front of their facility Work, the ones that did work they would not provide those to the police for footage of the camper being stolen. In our police report, the manager even admits to their secured lot, not being secured as the gate opens all night on its own basically inviting thieves to steal whatever they want.The district manager called me to tell me sorry basically with no compensation to recover my stolen RV. I then put in a call for Mr. Will Hall, which is a district vice president multiple times never received a call from him regarding the matter. I am mad about 15 K I would not ever recommend this company to anybody.
