I like that someone is there to talk to when renting. We tried several others before we found cube smart. And they all wanted you to scan a qr code to rent.

Easy to sign up and pay.

Seamless setup and canceling process. Negatives were that on a few occasions I was locked out and locked into the facility due to the electronic gates and locks and couldn't reach the service department. They also increased the price within a few months of signing up.

My storeage unit was broken into and per the agreement I had insurance. My issue is with the insurance company more than it is with Cube Smart. I feel like Cube Smart should of known all the information I needed to file a claim and provided what documentation I needed from them to file with my claim wich was not provided. At the time I stressed for financial and personnel reasons, so I did not follow through with everything they were asking of me

Great storage unit rented with you guys for a little over 4 years and I never had a problem. Staff is amazing.

Storage facility is old, dark and dirty — felt unsafe. Prices keep increasing every certain number of months.
