The Storage price double in less than a year

The storage was very close from where Ioved from and the the receptionist was very, very nice. I really liked her.

I really have nothing nice to say about this facility other than convenience it was across the street from where I was living. It had mice in it and was often closed and I couldn't get to my stuff. The staff was nice but definitely not the best taken care of also needs more trash

Facility was pretty well maintained under the new management. Don't like the price increase, but still better than the alternatives

Terrible customer service at this location, always was stared at rudely and it made me uncomfortable. I vacter the unit and they waited an additional 2 weeks before actually vacating the empty space. Shop elsewhere, you'll be happy you did.

I cant remember the name of the lady that helped me but she went above and beyond to help me and ill legit appreciate her for life!!

I just didn’t agree with the price change on my unit after I put my belongings in a incorrect unit because both units look pretty much the same size but overall I’m very pleased

lied to, disrespected, employees were adversarial and caused me to be same, absolutely unpleasant experience, please do not contact me again.

Great customer service and a great experience dealing with thus location. I locked my unit wrong and left it open and the lady put a lock on it the right way until I came back in town. Couldn't thank her enough

My storage unit was broken in to. There was another hole in the fence as I was moving out. It is not safe and I never felt safe there. I had a light in my unit and it was broken and they never repaired it. We ended up having rats in our unit as well.
