Short time current company so I don’t know you guys to really score anything

There were a few hiccups along the way.I reserved the unit during a 25% off and first month free promotion. The website kept giving me an error, and would not complete the reservation. I called to make the reservation. The promotion was supposedly applied there. I received the email with a link to finish the reservation and rental. Everything was correct on the website, but the website would not allow me to add my own renters insurance and save the $16 storage unit insurance fee. I needed to go into the office to do that. When I tried to take care of things in the office, the later that day, the promotion had ended and was not applied. The office worker called for assistance and it was fixed by the following day, but it could have been avoided if the website had not given me the error or if it had the option to add your own insurance declarations page and not be forced to accept their unit insurance. Please, debug and update your website to allow for people to do everything necessary to rent a unit, and make sure that if a person reserves under a promotion, that said promotion follows and is applied to the customers account and not removed before everything is finalized.

Facility doors never fixed. Carts are scarce. Keypad is often non-functional. Lighting poor. Poor value.

Because of the lady I talked with, Carolina. Great person to do business with. Pleasing personality and knows her business.The tall blond woman (don't know her name) is dumb as a Box of Rocks.And cannot answer any questions without having to call someone on the phone to get simple answers. She really aggravated me. I have had a unit rented since the first owners were there.

I have rented spaces here since the first company owned it. Then another Co. bought them out and another and another. Now it is Cube Smart.So, what keeps me renting these spaces? Location. Easy and close to where I live. It has been remodeled and roof replaced and who knows what else. Location and ease to get to.I shopped there when it was Foley's, and again when it was Macy's. The Mall was going down hill for sometimeSo turning it into a storage facility was a great idea.I have delt with several managers here (different Co's.) BUT, I have to say that the current manager ,"CAROLINA"is the best of all of them I have delt with.Very helpful to the customer, very interesting and easy to talk to. She appears to like her job with her pleasing personality and winning smile .I don't know if she is classified as a Manager or not but she should be. Just my opinion though.She walked me through a few units and found then one i needed. If she keeps this up word will spread and the place will be fully rented in no time.My hat is off to Cube Smart for hiring her and her talents as a manager.My whole time start to finish was about 30 minutes tops. I am a happy customer.Being an elderly person, younger people loose patients with us. But Carolina was very patient and most of all courteous.an
