Good place to store for sure. Gates always work.Con is that I reported vehicle being stored but there wasn’t any up front notice or information that the vehicle has to be insured and running condition hence moving out when notified by employee after seeing my car in the unit. A little backward in my opinion when the liability is low with a vehicle with no fluids.

I never had any problems. The staff was always nice and friendly. Several times I went to my storage someone was out on the golf cart picking up trash and checking units.

The property is infested with rats!!! Everything in our unit had to be trashed because of the rat feces, urine, and damage. We tried to submit an insurance claim and it was denied stating "Unfortunately, all rodent damages no matter the reasons for rodents being in the unit or situation with the facility itself, are not covered under this Plan." We paid $17 for protection of our belongings to be stored properly. We feel very scammed. I would not recommend this facility or company to anyone.
