Great storage facility. Prices are great. Just had someone I know that was not approved to be in my unit. Broke in and taken so.e of my belongings.

The handle to put the lock through is not aligned I had to buy different longer locks for it to work. The green seal was broken when I got there

Price friendly. I was paying double for car storage at another storage facility. Much better price at cubesmart.

I like that someone is there to talk to when renting. We tried several others before we found cube smart. And they all wanted you to scan a qr code to rent.

Easy to sign up and pay.

Seamless setup and canceling process. Negatives were that on a few occasions I was locked out and locked into the facility due to the electronic gates and locks and couldn't reach the service department. They also increased the price within a few months of signing up.

My storeage unit was broken into and per the agreement I had insurance. My issue is with the insurance company more than it is with Cube Smart. I feel like Cube Smart should of known all the information I needed to file a claim and provided what documentation I needed from them to file with my claim wich was not provided. At the time I stressed for financial and personnel reasons, so I did not follow through with everything they were asking of me
