The rent rate increases are extreme and grow out of market range

The manager is very nice at this location. My rent increased and I could no longer afford three units. I originally rented the units to store my household when moving out of state. My husband passed away and I am my dad‘s caregiver. Therefore, I am unable to travel to Texas from Indiana to unload my sheds. I wish there was a way to lower my rates.

Facility was clean. Door I used to access my unit was broken and did not have a stopper which made it difficult to move items back and forth. Climate control could be cooler.
