I have been very dissatisfied with the company currently handlingmy storage needs, and happened to be driving by your Eastchase location, soI just walked in.Yessica was Magnificent.She listened to my concerns, and was empathetic, engaging, knowledgeable,professional and friendly. We had a solution and a contract before I walked out.She has continued to provide excellent support and follow up, and she was there when Imoved in yesterday.She is the reason you have my business.I hope she is a reflection of the ethics and culture of the entire company.

I think it's absolutely ridiculous to go up $47 more. I would definitely not recommend this Storage to anyone.

Safe and secure

Resonable place to store. Some questinable security breaches occured with some units.

The young lady was very helpful, answered every question and helped me throughout the process of getting the storage. Also at the end was very easy. She helped me make sure to sign me off at the end..

1. Our unit was broken into , stuff stolen and everything strews and disarrayed, and the lock cut. No one followed up to find the thief.2. Prices were raised.
