When I started renting I was told the price would go up a little at a time just like every other storage facility. They had a unit that was closer to where I live so I moved from another company. The unit was smaller than advertised but it was closer. I rent two other unit at this same location. The prices started going up. Not a litte but a good amount. The managers said they would do what they could do to help me out but nothing came forth. I feel that my comments are a waste of time because nobody has done anything so far.

Clean and nice units, but too expensive for me.

The customer service person was friendly and very helpful.’ When I called to location’s on-site manager was friendly and very responsive as well.

The space works well for my boat, however, to retrieve the undesirable because of the property fence. When I made the reservation online it didn’t ask any thing about an insurance. Therefore, didn’t and don’t being charged for insurance and have full coverage.

Cesilee was extremely helpful and very responsive to all of my questions and needs.

The unit wasn't big enough.

The grounds were always clean. Easy entry.I've had this storage for a few years. I have seen different ladies working there but ALL were very professional and nice.

I always had a good experience.

The rent on my unite has gone from $140 to $200 in 15 months!
