Clean unit, Tenika your manager was very helpfull

My unit flooded....I paid for insurance through the service offered by Cube Smart and I lost almost everything....but the insurance paid NOTHING!! What is the difference if the water comes through the roof rather than the floor? There was a faulty downspout next to my unit. I am convinced that's what caused the flooding?? OR...the roof of the neighboring unit was leaking and flooded that unit and it seeped into my unit. In any case, I LOST Heirloom furniture and other items. Tamika, on-site in Frankfort is extremely helpful. So she gets a 10. But the insurance company's disregard for my belongings gets a ZERO!!
