Very good customer service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I appreciate all their collaboration.

For short term storage, it worked out fine and the fee was relatively reasonable. However, to any one planning to use this facility, I would recommend the use of plastic bins instead of cardboard boxes as the air seems damp inside the closed locker; place any wooden furniture or other items that need to stay dry elevated off the floor on pallets or 2x4's; and realize that because it is outdoors, even in a closed locker your belongings will get dusty and dirty.

Price much higher than expected.Unit made of wood which can be penetrated more easier than steel.Location to unit was poor.

Not transparent about cost going up every 3 months.
