Over time the rates became astronomical. I was told I won't receive a prorated potion of my fee back after cancelling only 6 days into the bill cycle. That is highway robbery!!

The quality of the facility and ease of rental process is great. But there were significant prices increases and an inability to scale down to one unit due to structure of 2 units as one larger unit:
