I have not moved in yet, so I don't have anything to say about the facility itself; however, the leasing was problematic. You allegedly offer an option for an agreement without an arbitration provision. You cannot advance through the leasing process if you decline arbitration. It's fraud. I want my lease changed.

I can’t say enough great things about this storage facility! From the moment I walked in, I was met with such kindness and professionalism. Kim is absolutely incredible!!! She is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making sure you have the best experience possible.Shaniqua also gave my husband and I a tour of the facility and storage unit, and she was amazing. She took the time to walk us through everything, answer all my questions, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.The entire place is clean, well-kept, and organized, but what really stands out is the people. It truly feels like you’re renting with family. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit!!You won’t be disappointed!
