Your billing practices are outrageous! You raise the cost of a simple 10x10 unit by almost a hundred dollars a year and it is now almost $500!!!

When visiting the location during business hours there is rarely a representative there to address any issues. I have much better experience calling the toll free number. The cost of the unit went up almost $100 without notice and I received no explanation.

In store management and on the phone customer service has been awful to deal with. My unit had a pipe leaking on Feb 16, and management has not been very helpful or responsive to the situation at the Veronica Avenue, Somerset, New Jersey location. I was made to sign a new lease in order to move my damaged items to a new unit temporarily and I was told, I would have to move out that day. I was told I would be charged a new lower rate of $95, However, the next day I was charged the full price of a $145. I've been asking to have it adjusted with no response. I was given the district manager's phone number, and I left a message three days ago and still have not heard back. I was offered no help, not even an on site garbage can to remove my destroyed items. I had to load destroyed items into my car and drive it around the back of the property to a dumpster in the dark. I never received an apology for the inconvenience. I keep getting conflicting resolution stories from the managers. Very inconsistent and unprofessional. This is ongoing still.

I’ve been there since 2017 and my cube contents are as I left them. The staff is always professional & knowledgeable. There’s evidence the building is consistently exterminated, but I’ve never seen any mice or droppings in or out.
