Somerset st location is nice and clean. Prices are good especially if you sign up when there’s a special.Would’ve like the closer location but no price match. Wish they’d offer the same and I could transfer the lease instead of paying another admin fee.

The units were clean, but the elevator and grounds were always filthy. I was accused of leaving a large painting that was not mine. But I removed it. Everyone knows that once you put your code in others come in. Another person came in and place something in the door to keep it open when my code was put in. Security needs to do a better job.

I haven’t had any issues to date, customer service was on point

Poor hours and difficult cancelation.

The place is a total mess. , junk outside the building so much droppings from mice . People I believe living in there . Not nice anymore… Door on outside is hanging

The staff was very helpful and always willing to help me with whatever questions that I had concerning my unit.

They full doubled the rental price over the course of three years, all while the place got dirtier and they cut access hours.
