I’ve been with Cube Smart for over a year and while I understand there’s always gonna be an increase in a rental price. The fact that I was not warned left a bad taste in my mouth. Sure a lot of people do not get around to checking their emails, but Cube Smart could have text me or even left me a voicemail. Secondly, when I first moved in the place was kept so nice but it went downhill and started smelling bad. Also There’s a lot of garbage around. The perimeter. What would finally made me leave was when they changed the hours of operation from 10 o’clock at night and they started closing at 6 o’clock that was Straw that broke my back.

The price for the unit was good. At the start of my renting, you could go to the unit up to 10. Something must have happened to change the times. If they could have lowered the price, I would have stayed.

It was ok with the price. I needed more time to store my stuff.
