Your customer service person was very professional, polite, and nice

The facility looked like a trash dump at the entrance. It almost blocked the doors to get into the unit area. The doors to the unit area were not secure and wide open. When we got to our unit to move in there was a keyed lock and not the temp lock as we were advised. Almost impossible to get a live customer service person on the phone and the emergency manager did not call back for almost two hours. We cancelled the unit and went to elsewhere. The situation caused extra moving expenses.

So far, everything has been okay. At least the interior is very clean, and everything seems new. The price is somewhat reasonable for the location. However, after hearing multiple residents complain about significant rent increases, I’m already considering other options. With the current economy, as a single woman, I simply can’t afford higher costs. Other than that concern, the staff has been great, professional, and knowledgeable.

The facility is located in an area that is convenient for me. It is also clean and easily accessible most of all the price is very reasonable for a 10x11’ space that is climate controlled. You won’t find a more comfortable space that you’ll appreciate more than this.

I dont like that I cant access my cube smart at all times anymore

Opened our unit after two months and there was mouse feces and a mouse ran out. Trash in hallways and heavy trash outside. Just get a cleaning crew there to do a deep clean and a pest control company to set up more bait outside and traps inside. It’s not that hard to keep it clean. The one in East Brunswick looks awesome.

We had to move units because when we opened our unit after two months it was loaded with mouse feces and a mouse came running out. We had to throw away boxes and wipe down everything and move to another unit. The place is a mess mouse traps in the halls trash in the halls and outside. Just get a one time cleaning crew and clean top to bottom it’s not that hard.

It is always clean and friendly staff. Also responsible staffing

Excellent price although I was in my free month period. During the most difficult times you guys were there to put my stuff into storage while I found my apartment. Thank You so much.
