The unit was very spacious but the rent was too high and seemed to increase in less than six months. The hours are not good at all, opening late and closing early to include closed on Sunday when most people are off from work. The place needs to be cleaned up. The appearance is not good at all.

I’ve been with Cube Smart for over a year and while I understand there’s always gonna be an increase in a rental price. The fact that I was not warned left a bad taste in my mouth. Sure a lot of people do not get around to checking their emails, but Cube Smart could have text me or even left me a voicemail. Secondly, when I first moved in the place was kept so nice but it went downhill and started smelling bad. Also There’s a lot of garbage around. The perimeter. What would finally made me leave was when they changed the hours of operation from 10 o’clock at night and they started closing at 6 o’clock that was Straw that broke my back.
