Elevators didn't work for weeks, and I couldn't move belongings in/out of my storage unit. Had to take the stairs with heavy stuff. I complained and left a message for the manager that elevators are still not working. Next thing you know, my fees were raised. No bathrooms, for customers who are logging in stuff etc, can't pee, or wash hands. I think a score of "7" is too fair considering. However, your staff was helpful. CubeSmart has a reputation for raising fees every 2-3 months. Trust me, the word is out there. Positives: cordial staff, location, clean, locked entry.Thank you.

Great person at storage

I had 2 storage units at two different locations and had the same negative experience with both. They raised my monthly rate twice in less than a year. I asked to speak to the district manager (Robert Wheeler) and he responded back with an email instead of a phone call. Basically, he stated that if you don’t like the rate increase move out. I asked to speak to the regional manager and they never reached out to me. Customer service at its best….. Thanks cubesmart for helping me decide on moving out of the unit and saving $255/ month.
