Process to move in and out was easy. Area was always clean. App made it very easy to access the building.Price was increasing to a point where it was more expensive than some other places.

Elevators didn't work for weeks, and I couldn't move belongings in/out of my storage unit. Had to take the stairs with heavy stuff. I complained and left a message for the manager that elevators are still not working. Next thing you know, my fees were raised. No bathrooms, for customers who are logging in stuff etc, can't pee, or wash hands. I think a score of "7" is too fair considering. However, your staff was helpful. CubeSmart has a reputation for raising fees every 2-3 months. Trust me, the word is out there. Positives: cordial staff, location, clean, locked entry.Thank you.
