Location and storage options first attracted me to the Franklin location. Meeting and working with site manager Brittany confirmed my decision. She was super helpful and accommodating and easy to work with.

The facility is close by and makes it easy to access. Plenty large enough for our needs. And when I went in person to tour and set up the renting process Brittany was over the top warm, pleasant, helpful and accommodating in every way!

You increased my price after 5 months by $120.00. I had a climate control storage booked and when movers went to move my things, the elevator was broken. No courtesy discount was offered when I had to take a bigger storage downstairs for their convenience. Increasing the price by such a huge amount is terrible business practice.
