The rates are ridiculous. You raised my rental fee $100.00 per month. This is a complete rip off, and clearly taking advantage of a long-term renter.

I had an excellent experience leasing a storage unit at CubeSmart thanks to Brittany, the Property Manager. She was friendly, professional, and very attentive, taking the time to recommend a unit that fit my mobility needs and answering all of my questions clearly. The facility is clean and well maintained, and Brittany made the entire process smooth and stress-free. My wife and I truly appreciate the care she put into helping us — she did a fantastic job.

Individual at the office was outstanding. It was Mary at first but since she left the other girl has been great!
