Very clean facilities and excellent front desk

There are many storage facilities in town but this one is unique because of the best customer service.

Communicate via phone and person is very minimal. We had issues to the storage campus being clean of snow during this past storm in jan/feb 2026, where our unit and units of family members were shoveled in. Communication should have been distributed telling people to bring a shovel because the snow removal was still there after 2 weeks. Also, we confronted office staff and it was the beginning of the end for us. Prices off the charts for rate increases. We had to move elsewhere.

monthly rates are too high. I don't know where you reside, but I see more and more homeowners opting for attractive storage sheds on their properties. Take from it what you will.

CLEAN DRY DRIVE IN STORAGE AREA WITH LIGHTING AND ELECTRIC RECEPTACLE. MANAGEMENT AND STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND EAGER TO ACCOMMODATE REQUESTS. LOCATED CLOSE TO RETAIL STORES FOR SUPPLIES.

Very affordable and the friendly staff easily handled all my questions/concerns.
