Storing my excess belongings at CubeSmart was an ease. Booking the storage unit, moving everything in and maintaining the storage unit has been stress free. However, cancelling the unit was not as stress free. There needs to be an easier way to cancel the storage unit without having to rely on the employees at CubeSmart. For example, CubeSmart should allow customers to cancel in the app and require a photo of the empty unit as proof. Once the photo has been submitted and the account has been cancelled, the customer's access code should then be turned off. Allows for the customer to know they will not be charged for the unit when none of their belongings are stored in the unit.
