You penalize your most loyal customers instead of rewarding them. I had my most recent unit for over two years, and my price kept going up, and up. At the end, when I needed a smaller unit, you refused to give me your best rate. I we, more or less, forced me to go elsewhere. I am a CMO and know a lot about customer loyalty and retention. Cube Smart ranks extremely low in these areas. I would not return to your company, and would not recommend it to others.

The manager at Cube Smart at Posttown pike, West Chester, PA is extremely dishonest. He approached me inappropriately multiple times then created lies to shift the blame on me. I moved out of the unit on 11/5 which should have been obvious. I have rented so many storages over the year, but have never met extremely dishonest manager like this. He put the move out date as 11/6 for whatever reason. But the storage has been empty since 11/5. He revenged me for not wanting to go on a date with him. Extremely disgusting, dishonest, and unprofessional. I am still traumatized by his dishonesty. Disgusting is not an enough word to describe his behavior

The cost of the storage unit kept going up and up and up.
