Reliable and affordable

My only complaint is the original CSA did not follow through with the credit application once I provided a copy of our Home Owners insurance declaration page. We were billed CubeSmarts monthly insurance $16.00. With the automatic billing, it was my over site that this expense was being applied. After four months I finally noticed. Once I called the office and spoke to a different CSA the matter corrected and I received the appropriate credits.

Easy to make reservation online. Manager called me very soon afterwards to review everything and make sure I had no questions.
