Over the 3 years we have had no problems with the unit or storage or payments. Curious about the inoperable gate toward the end of our term which would question security of units. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

My only complaint is the original CSA did not follow through with the credit application once I provided a copy of our Home Owners insurance declaration page. We were billed CubeSmarts monthly insurance $16.00. With the automatic billing, it was my over site that this expense was being applied. After four months I finally noticed. Once I called the office and spoke to a different CSA the matter corrected and I received the appropriate credits.

Easy to make reservation online. Manager called me very soon afterwards to review everything and make sure I had no questions.
