The person I dealt with at the location was professional and showed care for me as a customer. She explained everything she needed to, and the facilities have met my expectations.

Service was good in person. However; I left a message one time and no one called back. Also, prices skyrocketed after couple months service. I could have seen maybe 5%, but it went up 15-20%.Also, a truly possible situation, but I had to call back day after I closed out to get email to show I did so.email showing ai

I received a very competitive price, it was clean, and the front desk person, Tracy, was awesome. Tracy gave me a tour and walked me through the whole process since this was my first time renting space. Very conveniently located , too.

CubeSmart does't allow you bring your own lock which forces you to buy their locks which are xpensive and very difficult to install. The locks are in a thick clam shell and if you dont have a knife, they are impossible to open. Also, a cart is very difficult to find and the floor levels do not match the locker numbers (floor 2 has all lockers that begin with the number 3, very confusing to know what level your locker is on.

The facility was clean, the onboarding process was quick, and the attendant was friendly and helpful.
