Completely incompetent staff. We moved out and they kept billing us!!!

The attendant / manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Overpriced and prices kept going up. Over $200/month for a parking spot in a nearly empty lot is kind of crazy. If prices were more reasonable, you would probably rent more spaces. Empty spaces make no money so it's hard to understand the price increases on existing customers.

Staff was very helpful and courteous

Gates and doors not always working properly.

Clean, easy access, usually a cart.

New facility, close to our current location, good pricing, security and maintained.

Employees giving conflicting (and costly) advice on policy.

Easy to work with…
