Almost never had carts and several automatic doors were out of order too often. When we emptied our unit, we notified the front desk but clearly they did nothing to record it

lease was wrong, initially went into the office and signed the lease, then got phone call three days later saying they had to amend it. once got to my storage unit, the doors were broken to enter the building, their double doors already had a sign saying out of order, and the single door also was broken, therefore making walk entirely around the building. I have a load of items coming monday for delivery to my unit which also will make me walk continually around the building as well, this is a newly constructed building and should no way, under any circumstances be this incompetent.

The place is very clean, easy to access during hours of operation and the staff is courteous and professional.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Location was great and property was clean and well maintained.
