CubeSmart does't allow you bring your own lock which forces you to buy their locks which are xpensive and very difficult to install. The locks are in a thick clam shell and if you dont have a knife, they are impossible to open. Also, a cart is very difficult to find and the floor levels do not match the locker numbers (floor 2 has all lockers that begin with the number 3, very confusing to know what level your locker is on.

The facility was clean, the onboarding process was quick, and the attendant was friendly and helpful.

When I first moved in it was very clean

The entry price point for several months was amazing. The process was so simple and even to close my unit was by far the most simple process I’ve ever encountered.

Very easy to work with.

Clean, great customer service. Great facility. My only issue is the broken concrete at one of the entrances that cause my cart to basically stop and throw my box off. Had to use an alternate entrance. But they are all pretty close, so not a big deal.

Convenient location and clean storage area

Very clean facility along with service. The only thing that I did is, I moved to another spot because it was cheaper.
